Global Search

One search box for the calculators and for your own saved work, usable entirely from the keyboard.

Key Benefits

Search calculators, history entries, variables, and workspaces from one box.

Other names work too: "gratuity" finds the Tip Calculator and "amortization" finds the Loan Calculator.

Run commands without leaving the keyboard: type > for actions like >theme dark or >shortcuts.

Create a variable without leaving search: type >var rate = 5 and press Enter.

How It Works

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K anywhere, or click the search bar in the header.

Type a calculator name, a word from a saved entry, a variable name, or a unit such as kg to find the variables saved in it.

Results are grouped — variables, history, workspaces, then tools — and ranked within each group. Type > for commands, or >tabs to jump to an open tab.

Use the arrow keys and Enter to pick a result; picking a variable copies its value. With nothing typed, search shows your recent searches, recent history and popular tools.
